1. Definitions

• "Company," "we," "our," or "us" refers to IKKAN.

• "Client," "you," or "your" refers to the business or individual engaging our services.

• "Services" means the sourcing, procurement, OEM manufacturing, import/export coordination, and related services provided by IKKAN.

2. Services provided IKKAN offers F&B trading and consultancy services including sourcing, OEM manufacturing coordination, and import/export support. All services are tailored to client needs and provided based on agreed scopes of work.

3. Use of services Clients agree to provide accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of our services. You must not misuse our services or use them for unlawful activities.

4. Fees and payment All fees will be outlined in a formal proposal or contract. Payment terms are typically 30 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed.

5. Intellectual property All materials created by IKKAN during the engagement remain the property of IKKAN unless explicitly transferred in writing. Clients receive a non-exclusive license to use the materials for their own business purposes.

6. Confidentiality Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation continues after the termination of services.

7. Liability IKKAN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services provided.

8. Termination Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Clients are responsible for payment for services rendered up to the date of termination.

9. Changes to terms We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

10. Governing law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Japan, and any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Japan.
